Our DocuSign for Podio integration allows you to stay organized and create documents directly from Podio, fill them with relevant data and send them automatically for a recipient to sign by using your DocuSign account.
As soon as the recipient signs the document, a notification, along with the signed document, is posted back to Podio.
A typical workflow for this integration works as follows:
A SEND FOR SIGNING button is created in your Podio app. When that button is clicked, a PDF document is created and filled with the data from your Podio app. For example, if the document is a lease or sale contract, the parties names and addresses along with the property details are populated.
That PDF is then sent to the recipients via DocuSign’s API. When signing is complete, the signed document is posted back to the Podio app. You can also opt to receive an email notification when it happens.
