We are proud to announce a new version of our Click-to-Call integration for Podio; it allows you to initiate outbound calls directly from Podio, record the calls, and store the recordings in Podio.
How does it work?
Click-to-Call taps into existing Podio apps with contact information (e.g., Leads app). Every time a new item is created, a link is added to the comment section of the item.
Clicking on that link will initiate an outgoing call to the phone number specified in that particular item. The call can be connected either via browser or via mobile or landline phone.
Upon call completion, the call recording will be automatically stored in the relevant Podio item, along with the time and duration of the call.

How much does it cost?
One-time setup fee is $499 for one Podio app; additional apps can be added for $49 per app.
Maintenance fee is $42 per month, including one US/Canada number and 200 minutes, both incoming and outgoing.
